Return and Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring you get the maximum satisfaction every time you purchase from us. We inspect every piece of product carefully before sending. In the past in our transaction there is nearly no mistake and no dissatisfaction, we hope every client has a pleasant purchase. However we still suggest you check the quantity in the face of the courier to confirm the quantity first when you receive the parcel. In your scrutinizing or try-on, if you have any query or dissatisfaction, you can contact us, we are dedicated to serve you.
We may charge handling fee for return and exchange cases.
All returned goods must be in original condition, the hair products must not have been used or changed, that means only gentle check and try-on are permitted. Any other cases that affect the resale are not permitted for return or exchange for hygiene and sensory reasons, e.g.:
* Chemical changes such as dyeing, perm.
* Physical irrecoverable changes such as cut, damage, stretch, tangle, etc.
* Wastage and sensory effects like being worn, being washed, being sprayed, with odor, with stains, etc.
* Not in original condition such as no original label/net/packaging.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required prior to sending any items back for return or exchange. We reserve the right to turn down the parcel with returned product not in original condition, which will lead to sending back the parcel to you and no refund will be given. Please always communicate with us before sending back the product quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product(s) and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
